About the event
Unmasked is a three-day residential retreat for Black women leaders held at the Red Horse Center for Collaborative Leadership in Fenville, MI, October 2-4, 2026. It is a soft landing place and return to the version of ourselves that existed before the world told us who we needed to be, and before the masks. It is a sanctuary where Black women leaders are held without being managed, nourished without being optimized, and invited to rest without having to earn it first. In its second year, Unmasked carries forward the same invitation: lay it down, sister. We have you.
