When was the last time you took a deeply restorative break? I am taking my own advice and practicing this radical act of self-care so that I can continue to be of highest and best service to you. I've committed to unplugging so I can replenish my energy. As a result, I will have limited access to email, social media, and the internet overall. I hope this message inspires you to think about how you can put a self-sustenance plan in place for your mental and physical health and wellbeing. I look forward to connecting with you when I return.
This is the actual out of office message that I have set up in my email this week.
*** I was up late last night freaking out about writing and sending my weekly Mastery and Manifestation Monday message to you, but the internet access at my vacation destination is far more limited than I thought it would be. One of my Executive Coaching clients, who is also a dear friend had to remind me to take my own advice and practice what I would encourage all of you to do. I suppose it’s a great problem to have when you love what you do so much, that it doesn’t feel like work. Even when you have designed a life you love, it’s still important to rest and take breaks. My travels often inspire me tremendously, so I will probably still write and send you a quick message next Monday, but thank you for granting me space and grace, and for holding me accountable to walking the talk. This week I challenge you to consider where you need to limit your access then put it into practice.
I am worthy of rest. I am giving myself space and grace to unplug. I am practicing self-love by taking time off to recharge.
Master Your Mindset to Manifest a Life You Love. Most Sincerely,
